1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment (1/75), Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia conducts Platoon Live Fire Exercise (PLT LFX) at Fort Stewart, Georgia (FSGA) Range RC-H from 15-26 February 2019. The purpose of this training is to exercise tactical systems, mission command, and the fundamentals of the Platoon attack and raid under stressful conditions similar to those found in overseas combat operations. This Statement of Work describes the work necessary to effectively support the stated training objectives and satisfy the commander's intent for training. The contractor shall provide the required training support in accordance with the specific mission requirements identified in this document. In line with completing training objectives, the training exercise requires the proper life support systems to be in place to support a 300 man unit at Ft. Stewart, GA. These systems will support 24 hour operations and are the minimum necessities to sustain the quality of life during training. These resources must be outsourced because the facilities are not provided and are not available through standard Army equipment inventories. This is a time and material contract where as any unused funding or amendments to reduce the intial scope that decreases the amount of funds already sent shall result in the excess funds returned to the unit. Please see attached solicitation.
