AI Contract Overview

Navfac Washington is seeking a contractor to diagnose and repair a building generator for a three story SCIF facility. Despite a previous attempt to resolve the issue by replacing the control board, the generator remains completely non-functional. The current LBOS contractor has indicated that a manufacturer representative must be brought in to perform a formal diagnosis, though this initial visit will not cover the cost of any necessary repairs. The failure of this equipment creates a significant mission impact, as the building currently lacks the backup power required to support the PMA 298 and PMA 265 programs. This forecast, posted on July 2, 2026, identifies the place of performance as PAX FSC and is managed under the Department of the Navy.
