PW WIB FORM 1. WORK LOCATION BASE: PORHUE BUILDING NO.: 1443 2. LOCATION POC NAME: 3. PROJECT TITLE: FEAD Refurbish Elevator at PH1443 5. DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The PH1443 elevator was installed in building PH1443 in 1990. Sense 1990 a number of elevator safety code changes have been made to improve the safety of elevators operating in the United States. By modernizing this elevator in accordance to the latest requirements of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), ASME A17.1, Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators/CSA B44-"latest" codes, Safety Code for Elevators, Interim Technical Guidance (ITG 2013-01), National Electric Code (NEC), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), Unified Facilities Guide Specification (UFGS) and comply with DEPSECDEF "Memo" Access for People with Disabilities all past safety code deficiencies and new safety compliances will be met. Contractor shall provide all incidental engineering, elevator documentation, materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, management, supervision, qualified elevator technicians, and certified elevator inspection personnel necessary to inspect and identify existing deficiencies in addition to modernizing the existing hydraulic passenger elevator in accordance to and comply with the latest ASME A17.1, Safety Code for Elevators and Escalators/CSA B44-"latest", Safety Code for Elevators, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Unified Facilities Guide Specification (UFGS) requirements in building PH1443.
