BC Transit is seeking a qualified and experienced vendor to deliver the full modernization and transformation of the Victoria Contact Center using Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This initiative requires an experienced delivery partner capable of implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center, including all related supporting elements of the Contact Center solution such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, omnichannel communication, telephony modernization, Azure (storage, ACS, etc.), Privacy, Security and migration of legacy data and operational process transformation.
