The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is seeking a qualified vendor for solicitation BD-27-1026-DOE02-DOE01-133774 to facilitate the World Languages Advisory Team (WLAT) and develop statewide resources supporting the 2021 World Languages Curriculum Framework for fiscal years 2027 and 2028. The selected vendor will lead advisory meetings, analyze proficiency data and stakeholder feedback, and produce key deliverables including a programmatic practices manual, course-outcome matrices, official department guidance, and webinar slide decks. Performance is divided into two phases, with four meetings scheduled for FY2027 and two to four meetings for FY2028. The total contract value is $75,000, with $25,000 allocated for FY2027 and $50,000 for FY2028.
