This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is RFQP03181600055 and is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87(a). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311812 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The solicitation is posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov and will end on March 31, 2016 1:00pm, Central Standard Time or as otherwise displayed at www.fbo.gov. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government will award to the responsible offeror (s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Failure to deliver within the established time frames will be considered as non-conformance under the contract terms. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Each offeror (s) is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-Line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at www.orca.bpn.gov.
