The solicitation number is RFQP03181600055 and is issued as an Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87(a). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 311812 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The solicitation is posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov and will end on March 31, 2016 1:00pm, Central Standard Time or as otherwise displayed at www.fbo.gov. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The evaluation factors are price and past performance. Price will be rated higher than past performance.
