NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Bixby Electric for the Emergency Repair to replace the traffic signal light/pole for NRO, Ft. Defiance Agency, Branch of Transportation, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a).
