Sole Source Synopsis: USPFO of Colorado intends to award a contract to Stadium Management Company LLC. The award will be made for booth rental for Colorado National Guard recruiting services for the 2012 Denver Broncos 7 on 7 Tournament, 2012 Denver Broncos High School Combine, 2012 Denver Broncos Summer Scrimmage, and 2012 Denver Broncos high school game of the week. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Stadium Management Company LLC has unique capabilities and resources to meet this Colorado National Guard (CONG) requirement to meet recruiting mission execution and logistics requirements. Stadium Management Company LLC affiliated with the Denver Broncos and lessee of Sports Authority Field at Mile High is the sole provider of booth rental space at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. There are no other known sources that can provide the resources that are unique to this requirement in the required timeframe. All interested sources must respond not later than 2 May 2012, 1000 hours MST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
