X--LEASE OF CHARLESTON COLISEUM FOR SPIRIT OF AMERICA SHOW

The US Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall requires the rental of a venue in Charleston, South Carolina, to support the 2011 Spirit of America event hosted by the US Army Military District of Washington.
