PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. This announcement constitutes the solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a hybrid contract (Time & Materials and Firm‑Fixed‑Price) for Antenna Installation Services at the Olmito Tower, 1540 California Road,
Los Fresnos, TX; Santa Maria Tower 31578 County Road 629, La Feria, TX 78559; and Flamingo Tower 1804 Flamingo Avenue, McAllen, TX, 78559. The Period of Performance will begin on the date of award and is expected to conclude 180 days thereafter.


 This procurement is a Total Small Business Set‑Aside and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government will evaluate offers using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.


This notice and all associated documents will be made available exclusively through the SAM.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov to ensure access to the most current information regarding this acquisition.


 The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 237130 – Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction. The Government may consider industry feedback if a more appropriate NAICS code is identified.
