The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a hybrid contract (Time & Materials and Firm‑Fixed‑Price) for Antenna Installation Services at the Tesuque Peak Tower, located at 11 MI NE Santa Fe, New Mexico (NM) 87506 (Santa Fe County) and Sandia Crest Tower, Sandia Crest, NM 87008 (Bernalillo County). The Period of Performance will begin on the date of award and is expected to conclude 180 days thereafter.
This procurement is a Total Small Business Set‑Aside and will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government will evaluate offers using a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology.
