Automatic/AI Mapping Software Solution for the UGA School of Medicine

The University of Georgia School of Medicine is seeking a single award for an AI-driven medical education software solution to autonomously map its MD curriculum using artificial intelligence to analyze curricular content, learning objectives, and assessment data, eliminating manual mapping and spreadsheet-based processes. The solution must generate a dynamic, searchable curriculum map that supports daily curricular management, quality improvement initiatives, and LCME accreditation by automatically aligning content and assessments with national frameworks such as AAMC, USMLE, and MedBiquitous. The system must integrate seamlessly with existing institutional platforms including eLC, One45, ExamSoft, and Microsoft products via APIs or LTI, provide role-based access for faculty to view and analyze maps, and offer dashboards that reveal gaps, redundancies, and student performance trends relative to MEPOs. Data residency is strictly required to be within the United States, and the software must incorporate robust security measures to protect personally identifiable information, enforce user-level permissions, and ensure business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities. The preferred contract duration is a two-year agency contract with the option for up to three one-year renewals, and the award will be made to the highest-scoring responsive and responsible supplier after evaluation based on technical capabilities and state preference. Technical evaluation prioritizes the software’s ability to perform AI-powered mapping with minimal manual intervention, support accreditation workflows, and integrate with key systems. Suppliers domiciled in Georgia receive a reciprocal preference under state law. All offerors must comply with Georgia statutory requirements including O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 for federal work authorization verification and O.C.G.A. § 50-5-84, which prohibits contracts with companies conducting certain business operations in Sudan, such as power production, mineral extraction, oil-related activities, or military equipment manufacturing.
