The Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Forensic Science is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of various Baker and Labconco HEPA exhaust and supply filters for its Western Laboratory in Roanoke, Virginia. The procurement includes six line items with specific dimensions and pressure drop requirements, featuring double closed cell EPDM or neoprene gaskets. While brand name products are specified, equivalents are acceptable provided the vendor submits sufficient technical literature and specifications to prove suitability. Delivery is required as FOB Destination and must include a lift gate, as the facility lacks a loading dock. All freight and shipping costs must be included in the bid price, and the contractor is responsible for removing all crating and debris from the premises.
