BPA is not a standard agreement or Contract as it does not involve any financial commitment. Rather, it serves as an overarching agreement that allows the individuals named on the agreement to request services.
Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply by providing indicative pricing information.
It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $40,000 to register on the website “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov.
