Boiler Maintenance and Service

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with a base period and up to four one-year option periods for the maintenance and service of the boiler system at the Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center in Leavenworth, Kansas. All work must comply with applicable codes, and the contractor must develop a site-specific safety testing manual within 180 days of award, approved by a VHA compliance engineer. The solicitation requires a three-volume proposal: a technical proposal detailing approach and personnel qualifications, a price proposal using SF 1449 with full pricing, and a certifications volume containing required federal and VA representations, including socioeconomic status, small business certifications, and technician credentials.
