Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) has a requirement for FDC BULK DIESEL FUEL DELIVERY SERVICES AT THE SURF SITE IN LEAD, SOUTH DAKOTA.


NAICS Code for this procurement is 424710.


Fermi Research Alliance, LLC Strategic Commercial Purchasing located in Batavia, Illinois is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract with 3 Option Years. This is a  combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.


Fermi Research Alliance, LLC intends to award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the requirements stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed within this combined synopsis/solicitation.

Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 16 APR 2026. Such capabilities /qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
