The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) invites qualified offerors to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (NAFUA1-26-R-0002) to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals for cafeteria and catering operations at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania.



All questions are due to the Contracting Officer in writing no later than 4:00 PM EDT on August 12, 2026. All proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM EDT on August 27, 2026.



Site visits may be scheduled by contacting the Contracting Officer. All site visits must be completed no later than 4:00PM EDT on August 7, 2026.
