AI Contract Overview
The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a market survey to gather information from potential vendors capable of establishing and operating a cafeteria at the Boston Air Route Traffic Control Center in Nashua, New Hampshire. The scope requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to deliver both hot and cold food services to employees and visitors, with operations anticipated to begin on July 1, 2026, under a potential five-year contract consisting of one base year and four option years. The procurement is governed by the FAA’s Acquisition Management System, not the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and this market survey serves exclusively as a tool to assess market capability and inform future acquisition planning—not as a solicitation for proposals or a commitment to award business. Responses must be submitted by May 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time via email to Stephanie Pfeiff, with the notice ID clearly included in the subject line, and must include a capability statement containing the company name, DBA, address, phone, email, point of contact, Unique Entity Identifier, business size status such as Small Business or SDVOSB, and verification of active registration in SAM.gov. Proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked, and no evaluation factors, pricing data, contract values, payment instructions, inspection criteria, or special contract clauses are specified at this stage, as the activity is purely for market research and strategic planning purposes.
