Request for Information (RFI) – Roman Catholic Music Service Support for Rose Barracks Community Chapel, Germany
1. Description and Purpose
The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), on behalf of the Department of the Army, United States Army Garrison (USAG) Bavaria, Rose Barracks (RB) Religious Support Office (RSO), is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing Roman Catholic Music Service Support at the Rose Barracks Community Chapel (Building 218) in Germany. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or a promise to issue a contract in the future.
2. Scope of Work and Key Requirements
The anticipated requirement is for non-personal services to support Roman Catholic chapel music and worship activities for a contemplated five-year period of performance (a 12-month base period plus four 12-month option years). The contractor will provide musical and choral performances to facilitate communal worship, including weekly worship services (52 units/year), special seasonal or ceremonial services (16 units/year), and weekly rehearsals (68 units/year).
