This is a small business set-aside contract under NAICS code 238220, intended to award a fixed-price service contract to qualified plumbing contractors for on-call repair and limited installation work across VAPIHCS facilities, primarily in Honolulu, Hawaii. Contractors must provide routine plumbing services with completion within five calendar days and immediate response to emergency calls, including tasks such as drain unclogging, leak detection, sewer line repair, and fixture or ice machine installation.
