This is a Sources Sought Synopsis and Request for Information for Solicitation FA5270-10-R-0001 to determine industry interest and capability. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licences and other items or services necessary to perform the management and operation of commercial travel office. The contractor shall provide official travel services, to include land and air transportation, rent car reservations and hotel reservations. The locations for official travel services include Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Japan. The contractor shall manage and operate the commercial travel office in the facility provided by the Government. Contractors are asked to submit capability statements expressing interest and intent. The data should include point of contact, business size, common commercial practices, past performance information similar in scope to this initiative, references with phone numbers and any other pertinent corporate information. Contractors should respond in within 10 days of this publication.
