Crane and Hoist Upgrade and Repair Services PUR-RFQ2026.09.10073 Closing Date: 09/30/2026 12:00:00 PM PT Detail: Solicitation Overview The City of San José is soliciting responses from qualified vendors for Crane and Hoist Upgrade and Repair Services. FREIGHT/SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS: Freight and/or shipping charges shall be at no cost to the City “FOB Destination prepaid" unless otherwise specified in this solicitation. SALES TAX: Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response. The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION: All responses to this solicitation must be submitted online through Biddingo, including all required forms and documentation, if applicable.
