The U.S. Army, West Point Mission Installation Contracting Command Office, (MICC) is
issuing this solicitation for the one-time requirement for the Cranes and Hoists Services
at West Point, NY. This is a Base plus three (3) option years. The Period of Performance is from 23 May 2026 through 22 May 2030.


This requirement is unrestricted with full and open competition under NAICS code
811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and
Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $12.5 Million and PSC is J040.


In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered under the
appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at
www.sam.gov prior to submitting their proposals and must be registered in
SAM.Gov prior to submitting their proposals in order to be considered for award.


Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system.


Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria
stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only, on the internet at:
https://www.sam.gov.


It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the website provided (https://www.sam.gov) as
necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.


Quotes and additional supporting documentations (if required) must be submitted as
instructed on or before the close date noted in the solicitation.
Request for Proposal (RFP) IS DUE NO LATER THAN April 6, 2026 BY 4:30
PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME.


All interested offerors must complete, sign, date and return the attached Solicitation
W911SD26QA039 with certifications, licenses and two or three Past Performance
Questionnaires to Ms. Sonya Van Valkenburg by e-mail, at sonya.d.vanvalkenburg.civ@army.mil no
later than, close of RFQ by 4:30 pm. Eastern Standard Time, in order
to be considered for award.


All interested offerors must complete, sign and return the RFQ W911SD26QA039
and fill in the clauses incorporated by full text with an “x” where applicable and return no
later than close of RFQ by 4:30:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time to the email
address listed above.


All interested offerors must review all the attached documents for the
requirement for the Cranes and Hoists Services base plus three (3) years and check www.SAM.Gov for any changes to the RFQ W911SD26QA039.


Any questions regarding the Solicitation W911SD26QA039 for the Cranes and Hoists
Services are due no later than close of the RFQ by 4:30 pm. Eastern
