FCC is seeking qualified proponents to collaborate in the creation and implementation of an actionable plan that builds on the strengths of the organization’s highly dedicated workforce to further define a target employee experience, culture, and future performance expectations required to deliver on a strategy that serves customers and the agriculture and food industry. The successful proponent will partner with FCC to: Define a pathway from current experience and ways of working to the desired direction; Enable leaders to model, communicate, and support adoption of the desired culture and employee experience; and Deliver a prioritized, integrated action plan, including communication guidance that leverages FCC’s intranet and meeting channels.
