Health Emergency Readiness Canada (HERC) is a special operating agency within Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada (ISED). Working closely with other Government of Canada partners, including Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada, HERC provides leadership and supports to ensure that Canada has the necessary innovation and industrial capacity for the development and production of key medical countermeasures (MCMs) to respond to health emergencies. Health Emergency Readiness Canada (HERC) is seeking project management and technical advice including but not limited to IT architecture, project management, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation best practices, to develop key documents for the launch of a data lab that could lead to dual use information technology (IT) applications or solutions (defence and health sector).
