TASK AND SOLUTIONS- BASED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TSPS) (TASK BASED)

Health Emergency Readiness Canada (HERC), a special operating agency within Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada (ISED), is seeking professional services through a task-based solicitation to support the development of key documentation for the launch of a data lab designed to enable dual-use information technology applications in both the health and defence sectors. The contract, identified as ISED214970 under the Task and Solutions-Based Professional Services (TSPS) framework, is restricted to pre-qualified holders of the E60ZT-18TSPS/D supply arrangement who have been invited to participate specifically under the Business Consulting/Change Management or Project Management Services streams. The work requires senior-level expertise in IT architecture, project management, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation best practices, with specific resource categories mandated: one Business Consultant Senior (Category 2.3) and one Project Manager Senior (Category 3.2).
