These services will provide expert advice and analysis aligned with Treasury Board Secretariat policies to ensure accurate, consistent, and defensible classification outcomes, while supporting effective organizational design and decision-making. The requirement includes the provision of senior-level expertise to conduct job evaluations, develop classification documentation, and advise on organizational structures specific to Executive (EX) roles within the Government of Canada. The Contractor must provide professional services in support of CSA’s human resources classification and organizational design activities for EX-level positions.
