Full Description

Project will provide an administrative and hazardous material storage facility (mission essential). Administrative facility to include open office space with three workstations, a small laboratory area, and a restroom. The hazardous material storage facility will have five cells divided by fire separation barriers. Installation of a prefabricated wash pad for corrosive chemical containers with an industrial wash water recycling system and water cannon pressure washers. Wash pad and wash water system shall be partially covered by a cantilevered canopy. Modifications to the ultra-filtration building are also required to ensure preservation of the equipment by separation of the chemicals and the pumps and equipment.
