Solicitation 1605C5-26-Q-00040 is a small business set-aside request for quote issued by the Department of Labor for the Bureau of Labor Statistics Office of Price and Living Conditions. The government seeks a firm-fixed-price contract for detailed webscraped apparel data, including men's, women's, and children's apparel, footwear, jewelry, and watches from major U.S. retailers such as Macy's, Kohl's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, and JCPenney. This data is intended to support research for Consumer Price Index price index methodologies. The period of performance consists of one twelve-month base period starting September 25, 2026, with four additional twelve-month option periods.
