The United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) is establishing a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to secure a pool of qualified contractors for the planning and implementation of partnership-building activities. These activities include reverse trade missions, conferences, forums, workshops, and trainings, which may be conducted in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format both within the United States and overseas. The scope of work encompasses a full range of event management services, including project management, venue and vendor coordination, international travel logistics, participant recruitment, agenda development, interpretation, and post-event evaluation. The contract features a total aggregate ceiling of 100 million dollars, with a twelve-month base ordering period and four twelve-month option periods. This solicitation is a partial small business set-aside under NAICS code 561920. Proposals must be submitted in two separate volumes by November 6, 2026, and must include a technical proposal, past performance data, and pricing information.
