Department of Health (DOH) seeks a vendor to provide a scheduled messaging and voice call notification service to the public using data housed in the District of Columbia Immunization Information System (DOCIIS), the Districts immunization information management system. The messaging & voice call reminder service will notify individuals who are due for or recommended to receive one or more vaccine The system requirements include the ability to handle and process large CSV files, send scheduled SMS and voice call reminders, and support high volumes of messaging and call traffic. This initiative aligns with the broader goal of DC Health Immunization Division to increase immunization rates and promote community health and wellness.
