Nogales Unified School District #1 (hereafter referred to as the District) seeks proposals to establish a 12-month contract beginning July 1, 2025, with the possibility to issue four one-year extensions (with a Service Provider to install and provide & Internet Services to provide connectivity to support existing Voice and Data Services along with future Video services to all of Nogales Unified School District Campuses, including the District Office. The District reserves the right to make multiple awards. Terms will be dictated by E-Rate funding cycles stating allowable contract dates and contract termination dates. This contract may cover both E-Rate eligible and non-eligible items. If eligible and non-eligible items or services are proposal, vendors must break out the non-eligible items and list them as such.
