The scope of work involves site preparation, demolition, the installation of approximately 960 linear feet of new sheet pile bulkhead and tieback systems, and the installation of various site amenities including concrete walkways, utilities, and parking facilities. Submissions must include business classifications, proof of bonding capability, and at least two specific examples of similar work performed within the last seven years.
