Electric Motor Rebuild

The solicitation FA8125-26-Q-0064 seeks a firm fixed price contract for the rebuild of a 300hp electric motor, model EC15x30, used in a composite curing autoclave at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex to support the 76th Commodities Maintenance Group. The work involves repairing a documented short-to-ground condition across two of the three motor phases and restoring the unit to full operational capacity in accordance with OEM specifications and the attached Performance Work Statement. The contract requires the contractor to be an EASA AR 100 Accredited Service Center, located within a 130-mile radius of the performance site, and capable of legally handling hazardous-design motors. All work must be completed by August 28, 2026, with repaired equipment shipped via the fastest, traceable method to arrive within five business days of completion. Delivery is FOB destination to Tinker AFB, OK, with inspection and acceptance performed by the Government at the destination using DoDAAC F3YCEB. The contractor must comply with extensive federal and military requirements, including the use of the Wide Area Workflow system for electronic invoicing and receiving reports, adhering to MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-130 for unique item identification and marking, and ensuring all labels and identifiers are machine-readable and verified with approved automatic identification technology. Government Furnished Property must be secured daily when work is performed off-base, and all personnel working on Tinker AFB must obtain proper badges under TAFBI 31-101, AFI 10-245, and TAFBP 31-101, with a $50 fee assessed for lost or damaged badges. Personnel must complete RCRA environmental training and adhere to the TAFB Supplement to DAFMAN 32-7002, while also being empowered to initiate Safety Speak protocol.
