Full Description
EVENT SUPPORT SERVICES SCAG seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional event management services for the Regional Conference and General Assembly. The Consultant shall manage various tasks and work alongside SCAG’s Media & Public Affairs team to deliver a successful Regional Conference & General Assembly each year of the contract. The ideal contractor will be organized, dynamic, detail-oriented, and a talented negotiator. The Consultant shall have previous experience overseeing large-scale events and be able to anticipate and plan for potential challenges.
Dates for SCAG’s Regional Conference and General Assembly during the years of this contract are planned to be:
May 5-7, 2027 May 3-5, 2028 May 2-4, 2029
SCAG may also have the need for small-scale ad hoc events, such as receptions and workshops. These are scoped in an optional task that will only be exercised if the need arises during the term of this contract.
