Extended Stay Hotel Services in Ottawa Ontario

The U.S. Embassy in Ottawa is soliciting extended stay hotel accommodations and related services for U.S. Government personnel assigned to the Diplomatic Mission in Canada under Solicitation Number 19CA5226Q0014. The contract requires furnished one-, two-, or three-bedroom suites located within 1.5 kilometers of the U.S. Embassy at 490 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON, with each unit equipped with a fully functional kitchen including appliances and cookware, separate living and sleeping areas, climate control, in-suite or on-site laundry, ergonomic workspaces with high-speed internet, cable or streaming television, adequate storage, weekly housekeeping, fresh linens and towels, 24-hour front desk service, and one secure assigned parking space per suite. Pet-friendly properties are preferred. The contract has a base period of one year from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through May 31, 2031, and a total maximum contract value of CAD $6,500,000. All pricing must be submitted in Canadian Dollars with fixed rates for the base year and all options, and contractors may request economic price adjustments no later than 90 days before the end of any option year, subject to the Contracting Officer’s sole discretion. Taxes such as HST, GST, PST, QST, and excise taxes must be itemized separately on invoices. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, meaning proposals must meet all minimum performance standards outlined in the Statement of Work, including limiting customer complaints to no more than two per month, and the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer will be selected.
