Finance lawnmower equipment

Western Carolina University is soliciting bids under solicitation 73-IFB-00781 to lease various mowing equipment through an Agency Specific Contract. The contract has an initial term of one year with the option for two additional one-year renewals. The total contract value is estimated to be between the Small Purchase threshold and 1,000,000.00 USD. All equipment must comply with OSHA standards, environmental regulations for clean air and water pollution, and safety certifications from organizations such as ASME, UL, NEMA, or the American Gas Association. Vendors are required to submit a comprehensive response package including a cover letter, pricing workbook, financial certifications, and customer references. Additionally, awarded vendors must register with the North Carolina Secretary of State within 10 business days and conduct criminal background checks on all proposed employees. Payment is contingent upon inspection and formal acceptance of the goods or services by the Contract Manager.
