This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. If you wish to compete for the contract described in Sections A through E of this combined synopsis/solicitation, you must submit a signed and dated quote and all other requested information by the time and date shown on the SF 1449.
