Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Clinical Care Delivery

The contract seeks providers to deliver comprehensive, team-based mental health services to individuals with significant behavioral health needs in accordance with California’s Department of Health Care Services Full-Service Partnership standards. Services must include crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, case management, and recovery support, all delivered through an integrated, wraparound approach designed to promote stability, reduce hospitalizations, and support long-term community integration. The provider will be expected to maintain staffing structures that meet FSP requirements, including multidisciplinary teams with clinical, peer, and support personnel, and ensure all services are culturally competent, trauma-informed, and aligned with state-mandated outcomes and documentation protocols.
