FY26 Fall Herbicide Treatment Task Order

Broadcast herbicide applications to specifically target invasive annual grasses consistent with directives under the Federal Land Policy Management Act, Noxious Weed Control and Eradication Act of 2004, Plant Protection Act of 2000 and Department of Interior’s Departmental Manual Part 620 for Wildland Fire Management. These treatments are aimed at reducing invasive species’ establishment and encroachment in treatment areas and allow existing or seeded desirable perennial species to germinate and create a healthier plant community capable of outcompeting invasive species.
