The Department of Defense, through the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Office of Human Development, has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) numbered HM047626R0005 for the delivery of condensed undergraduate and graduate level GEOINT training courses. This acquisition is conducted under the NAICS code 611310, covering Colleges, Universities, and Professional Schools, with a size standard of $34.5 million. The required training courses must be provided by academic institutions meeting specific accreditation criteria: they must be regionally accredited by a Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)-recognized body and either accredited by the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation or be members in good standing with the University Consortium for Geographic Information Science. These courses will be made available to the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG), Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG), as well as other U.S. and foreign government entities. The solicitation includes detailed evaluation criteria and contractual clauses. The proposal submission deadline is April 6, 2026, and the point of contact for the contract is Samira Davis, with a secondary contact named Douglas H. Verseman. The place of performance is Springfield, Virginia.
