This Request for Quotes (RFQ or Sourcing Event) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will meet the State Entity¿s needs as described in this Sourcing Event. This RFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined below. After evaluating all suppliers¿ responses received prior to the closing date of this Sourcing Event and resolution of any contract exceptions, the preliminary results of the RFQ process will be publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results. Subject to the protest process, final contract award(s) will be publicly announced thereafter.
The Georgia Governor¿s Office of Highway Safety (GOHS) is seeking a qualified motorcoach company to provide a new, full-size motorcoach with a capacity of approximately 54¿56 passengers for a one-year contract with four (4) one (1) year options to renew. The motorcoach will serve a dual purpose as a reliable statewide transportation resource and a mobile highway safety awareness platform, displaying rotating GOHS highway safety messages throughout the year in coordination with seasonal campaigns and scheduled programs.  
The selected vendor will provide a dedicated, qualified full-time driver, maintain the vehicle in safe and professional condition, and provide transportation to GOHS events and activities at locations throughout Georgia. The motor coach must also have sufficient capacity to accommodate and securely store child passenger safety seats and related equipment when required for GOHS events and programs. This partnership will support GOHS¿s efforts to increase the visibility and reach of Georgia¿s highway safety messages while providing safe, dependable transportation for statewide outreach and education initiatives.
