SABCS Transportation Management and Shuttle Services

The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio is seeking a transportation management contractor for the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium taking place December 8-11, 2026. The selected vendor will serve as the single point of accountability for comprehensive shuttle services between the Henry B. González Convention Center and approximately fourteen designated downtown hotels. The scope of work includes all transportation planning, route design, fleet allocation, staffing, and operational coordination. The contract features an initial three-year term with the option for two additional one-year renewals. Evaluation is based on cost and the reputation of the proposer, with additional requirements for a VetHUB subcontracting plan and compliance with Texas state laws regarding boycotts of Israel and business with Iran or Sudan.
