Description:
Background
The LevinPro HC M&A data are the comprehensive healthcare acquisition data available. It tracks acquisitions for the entire health care services industry, categorizing M&A activity by 14+ sectors, important for NSA analysis that wants to particularly focus on whether areas most affected by NSA(E&M, radiology, anesthesiology) see accelerating M&A activity compared to other specialties/sectors.
Scope of Work
The Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE) is in need of data on mergers and acquisitions in the markets for health care services. This data is critical for a series of reports. The LevinPro HC M&A data will allow HP to access trends in mergers and acquisitions across all healthcare sectors. LevinPro LTC will allow HP to access trends in mergers and acquisitions in the long term care sector.
