Hotel Services For Our 2026 US Probation & Pretrial Services Post Conviction Division Training Conference

The United States District Court for the Central District of California, through its Probation and Pretrial Services Office, is soliciting direct proposals from hotel and resort management for lodging, meeting space, food and beverage, and related services for the 2026 Post Conviction Division Training Conference, to be held in Santa Barbara/Goleta, California. All submissions must originate directly from hotel management and are prohibited from being submitted by brokers or intermediaries. The property must have a minimum 4-star rating from Michelin, Hotels.com, or TripAdvisor.com and must provide a main ballroom accommodating 120 attendees with round tables, a secure adjacent storage room, an onsite restaurant capable of serving 100 people, a business center, fitness facilities, and complimentary or reduced-rate self-parking for at least 120 vehicles. Guest rooms must be available at a fixed government rate of $205 per night excluding taxes for September 2026. Daily meal services including breakfast, lunch, and breaks are required across four days, with detailed menus specified for Wednesday and Thursday, and audiovisual equipment must be provided for the duration of the event. All financial proposals must be submitted using the official quote sheet on Page 8, with line-item pricing clearly broken down by service component, and must reflect tax exemptions for both sales and occupancy taxes. Any service fees, gratuities, or additional charges must be explicitly stated. Proposals must be accompanied by a technical submission detailing approach and project management aligned with the attached Statement of Work, and supporting documentation for pricing must be included.
