This special notice is a notice of intent to sole source for the HRSA Annual Tribal Consultation Meeting. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to award One (1) firm fixed price contract, with an anticipated period of performance of one (1) Base Period of twelve (12) months, to National Indian Health Board, 910 Pennsylvania Avenue, South East, Washington, DC 20003. The purpose of this requirement is as follows: The purpose of this procurement is for the contractor to provide logistical service to HRSA, for its ongoing Indian Country's healthcare needs and the goal to update the current HRSA Tribal Consultation Policy and to seek Tribal input on the Policy. The meeting shall coincide with the National Indian Health Board meeting.
