--INFORMATIONAL BRIEFING FOR ALL CONTRACTORS INTERESTED IN ASSISTING USARSO IN THE RELOCATION FROM FORT BUCHANAN, PUERTO RICO TO FORT SAM HOUSTON, SAN ANTONIO TEXAS.

NA The US Army South will be holding an informational briefing for all contractors interested in assisting USARSO in the relocation from Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico to Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas. This briefing will consist of providing information t hat will tell contractors of the current status of the move, plans for execution, and other needs such as: services of personnel that can provide assistance to the USARSO staff in both the move and in future operations. All contractors are encouraged to attend as this is an opportunity to understand USARSO's requirements for contractor support. Building construction, Logistical Support for furniture and items to be moved from PR and the furniture requirement for the USARSO HQ building in FSH may be discu ssed in general terms, but specifics may already be out for solicitation by this meeting. Contractors interesting in attending the briefing must e-mail the Contracting Officer and provide a Company POC, email, telephone, fax and mailing address. The Cont racting officer will provide a registration form that must be filled out in order to participate. The KO will provide the exact time and date by amending this announcement and by providing the information of the POC on the registration form.
