Install a pipeline cross connection between the newly constructed JP-8 issue Tanks at the Booster Pumphouse area and the nearby Enroute JP-8 piping at the booster pump/filter stand in the Booster pumphouse area. The approximate length of piping required is 30 meters and 2 dual block and bleed valves will be needed. Engineering analysis is needed to determine whether or not an additional booster pump is required to meet existing booster pump suction head requirements. This is a simple piping project that allows the commissioning of Tanks 209/210 once they are ready for return to service. The connection was an oversight of the overall project design. Since the project to convert the waste oil tanks and reconfigure the existing F-76 truck fill stand was split into 3 separate projects this requirement was missed, but is simple and required to provide the needed JP-8 storage and truck fill capability.
