Full Description

Intent to negotiate non-competitively with Dolbey & Company for full service maintenance for Government-owned Dolbey Dictating equipment, located at VA Medical Center, Cooper Drive Division, Room A189, Lexington, KY for the period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007, with options to extend the term of the contract for two additional one-year periods. North American Industry Classification System No. 811219, with a size standard of $6.5 million is applicable. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the services that will satisfy the agency requirements. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 2:00 p.m. on July 31, 2006. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. All inquiries must be submitted in writing; telephone inquiries will not be accepted, nor responses received after July 31, 2006.
