Full Description

The U.S. Census Bureau (USCB), intends to enter into a sole source simplified acquisition with Authentium/Command Software, for continued software support services on Part# 04-9000-00 CAV Command Care, Anti-Virus, Client- Quantity 8610. This service will run through September 30, 2006.It is the USCB's belief that only Authentium/Command Software can satisfy this requirement. This is not a request of competitive proposals, however, responses received by Friday, December 30, 2005 will be reviewed and evaluated. Interested companies having the capability to provide the above described services should submit, in writing, their capability statement with cost information to contact@example.gov or fax to +1 (555) 000-0000 no later than Friday, December 30, 2005. No telephone requests will be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the USCB. If no responses are received a sole sources contract with Authentium/Command Software will be pursued without further notice.
