Janitorial Services - Medford Office

The State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation (SAIF) is soliciting proposals for janitorial services at its regional office in Medford, Oregon, located at 990 N Phoenix Road, Suite 101. The facility is approximately 5,385 square feet, and services must be performed outside of business hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. The contract term is set from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, with a 30-day notice requirement for termination by either party. The scope of work includes a tiered schedule of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, twice-yearly, and annual services, such as pressure washing sidewalks in May and anti-microbial cleaning from November through March. Specific quality standards are mandated, including the use of hot water extraction for carpets and PH neutral cleaners with a 3M red pad equivalent for luxury vinyl tile. Proposers must demonstrate at least five years of experience in commercial janitorial services and provide a firm itemized quotation for the three-year term.
